Kim Yong Nam Congratulates European Council President

| Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a congratulatory message to Herman Van Rompuy on Dec. 1 on his election as first President of the European Council. Kim Yong Nam in his message wished him great success in his work for boosting the European Union, expressing belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and the EU would further develop. |
