S. Korea Accused of Deteriorating Inter-Korean Relations
Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities were reported to have become one of the co-sponsors of what they called "resolution on human rights issue in north Korea," cooperating with unsavory forces in their plots to do harm to the DPRK at the recent session of the UN General Assembly. Earlier, they committed a dangerous armed provocation in the waters of the West Sea. Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes in a signed article carried in this regard: These are absolutely intolerable as they were hideous crimes against the country and the nation.

The anti-reunification forces of south Korea are making desperate efforts to steadily deteriorate the inter-Korean relations and block independent reunification, peace and prosperity, the article notes, and goes on: Mandarins of the "Ministry of Unification" are taking the lead in these moves.

It is the most hideous crime committed by the "Ministry of Unification" of south Korea against the country and the nation that they have persistently stood in the way of implementing the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, great programmes for independent reunification common to the nation, negating them.

Hyon In Thaek and his group are becoming desperate in their efforts to bring to naught the achievements made in the inter-Korean relations thanks to the above-said declarations, advertising "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars" as a "policy toward the north".

The "Ministry of Unification" is considering the inter-Korean relations as a "hostage" to the solution of the nuclear issue, insisting that the north should "dismantle its nukes first," while working with bloodshot eyes to do harm to fellow countrymen in collusion with foreign forces.

This is evidenced by the fact that the group of the "Ministry of Unification" stoops to such extremely reckless acts as foolishly seeking to bring down even the system in the DPRK, while raising a hue and cry over what it called "contingency".

It is as clear as a pikestaff that the inter-Korean relations can never get rid of a catastrophic phase as long as diehard anti-reunification and confrontation maniac Hyon is allowed to stay in his office.
