The bulletin in an article gave a detailed account of the armed provocation perpetrated by the south Korean forces on Nov. 10, noting that the U.S. and the south Korean authorities drew the illegal "northern limit line" in the West Sea after the ceasefire of the Korean war and have since committed ceaseless military provocations in those controversial waters, seriously threatening the peace on the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world.

The DPRK has acquired high technology for a peaceful use of nuclear energy and space and built powerful nuclear deterrent to cope with the moves of the U.S. imperialists and their stooges for aggression, the bulletin said, and continued:

Its defence capability based on its own science and technology is a brilliant fruition of the Songun politics pursued by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The south Korean military authorities should apologize to the DPRK for the above-said armed provocation.
