| Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a congratulatory message to Phandu T. C. Skelemani on November 2 upon his reappointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Botswana. Expressing belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger, the message sincerely wished him greater success in his work. |
