Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were the staff of Kim Song Ju Primary School and officials concerned and from the Chinese side the delegation of Experimental Primary School of Fusong County of China led by Zhang Jinquan, son of Zhang Weihua, Chinese anti-Japanese revolutionary martyr, and cultural councilor of the Chinese embassy in the DPRK.
