The exhibition brought together officials, scientists and technicians of health institutions from different parts of the country.

On display there were books helpful to the development of the nation's medical science and technology and more than 2,000 valuable inventions and new technological achievements.

The book on the preventive treatment of hepatopathy and papers of great value in prevention and diagnosis, including the paper dealing with research into the aftereffect of sandy dust on the respiratory system, were appreciated by the participants.

A variety of new medical appliances and materials were also on display.

While the exhibition was under way, its participants exchanged achievements and experience gained in the field of medical science and technology.

Its closing ceremony took place at the Three-Revolution Exhibition on Thursday.
