Foolish Remarks of Israeli Defence Minister Censured
Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- Israeli Minister of Defence Barak at a recent press conference let loose a spate of balderdash that the nuclear issue of Iran is not a threat to the existence of Israel and what requires primary attention is the "nuclear issue of north Korea." He cried out for escalating the pressure on the DPRK.

The minister of Defence Industry, Trade and Labor of Israel, too, complained that the U.S. reaction is low-toned despite "north Korea's continued provocation with missile launches".

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a signed commentary in this regard:

It is a cock-bull-story for Israel to assert that the DPRK located in the Far East poses a nuclear "threat" to Israel in the Middle East. As far as threat is concerned, it is the DPRK that should direct an accusing finger to Israel.

Citing facts to prove the military technological cooperation between Israel and south Korea now getting brisk, the commentary says:

It is preposterous for Israel to unreasonably vociferate about the "threat" from someone though it is threatening the peace and security on the Korean Peninsula with continued delivery of ultra modern military equipment to south Korea.

What Israel seeks in trumpeting about the non-existent "threat" from the DPRK is a sinister aim to placate the world public demanding stop to the construction of the Jewish "settlements" and opening to public of its nuclear program and realize its expansionist ambition through a monopoly of nuclear weapons in the Mideast region.

The DPRK has invariably supported the just stand of the Arab countries striving for the denuclearization of the Mideast and opposed the policy of Israel to expand its territory contrary to peace.

The DPRK is doing all what it should do as a full-fledged nuclear weapons state.

Israel had better mind its own business, not pulling up others unnecessarily.
