Remains of People Massacred during Korean War Buried
Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- Remains of more than 170 people massacred by class enemies by murderous order of the U.S. imperialists in the period of strategic temporary retreat during the last Fatherland Liberation War were buried in Jangbang-ri, Haeju City, South Hwanghae Province.

Even women and children were among those patriots and inhabitants who met tragic death.

A ceremony of burying the remains took place on Thursday.

The participants placed wreaths before the tomb and observed a moment's silence.

They looked round the tomb and a pit, the scene of massacre.
