Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out the book "Collection of Materials on Revolutionary History of Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" (Vol. 10) compiled by the Party History Institute of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The book deals with the materials on the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung from November of Juche 25 (1936) to early July of Juche 26 (1937).

The first part of the book carries what Kim Il Sung said recollecting the period when he frustrated the Japanese imperialists' "great punitive operation in winter," consolidated the base in Mt. Paektu and led the advance of the main force of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army into the homeland with a main emphasis on its expedition to Fusong and the Pochonbo battle.

The second part of the book carries reminiscences of anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters telling about the greatness of the President they grasped through practical struggles.

Its third part introduces articles carried by publications at home and abroad and contents of confidential documents of the army, police and special service of the Japanese imperialists and the puppet "Manchukuo" on battles commanded by the President and activities of the KPRA.

The book has an appendix which introduces publications on the anti-Japanese patriotic struggle of the Korean people which mounted under the influence of the anti-Japanese armed struggle and enemy documents dealing with the colonial predatory policy pursued by the Japanese imperialists and their moves to exterminate the Korean nation and their "punitive operations" against the KPRA in that period.
