Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- State Councillor of the People's Republic of China Dai Bingguo who is special envoy of Hu Jintao, President of the PRC, arrived here Wednesday by plane.
Arriving together with him were Wu Dawei, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Fu Ziying, vice-minister of Commerce, Qiu Yuanping, vice-director of the Central Foreign Affairs Office, and Guo Yezhou, assistant to the head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
The special envoy and his party were greeted by Kim Yong Il, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and Liu Xiaoming, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK.
