Ramon Jimenez Lopez, president of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, said at the seminar that the work is one of historical significance that proved the invincibility of the DPRK, expressing firm belief that the Korean people would certainly open the gate to a thriving nation in 2012.

Juan Campos Vega, chairman of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that
Kim Jong Il has directed all efforts to the work for the prosperity of the country under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea, the Songun idea in order to glorify the exploits President Kim Il Sung performed in the nation-building by founding the DPRK and leading it along the road of prosperity.

Nzemba Yangana, chairman of the Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Democratic Congo, at a reading session called on the adherents to the Juche idea not only to earnestly study the Songun idea but raise voices supporting the Korean people's just cause.

Othieno Stephen, executive secretary of the Secretariat of the Pan-African Movement, noted at a reading session that the more than six decade-long history of the DPRK is a history of shining struggles and victory and a history of creation and changes in which the Korean people built a rich and powerful and prosperous socialist country, defending the sovereignty and dignity of the country, under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and the great Workers' Party of Korea.
