This is the Year of DPRK-China Friendship, which greets the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Printed on the upper parts of the sheetlets are the national flags of the two countries and the words of "Year of DPRK-China Friendship" in Korean and Chinese.

A sheetlet carries on the center photos of President Kim Il Sung meeting with Chairman Mao Zedong and other veteran revolutionaries of China and photos of General Secretary Kim Jong Il meeting with ex-President Jiang Zemin and President Hu Jintao.

The other sheetlet carries stamps symbolizing friendship between the two peoples.
