Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- The Bulgaria-DPRK Friendship Association issued a bulletin on Sept. 4 on the occasion of the 61st birthday of the DPRK.

Kim Jong Il met former U.S. president Bill Clinton and his party who visited the DPRK, adding that this visit paid by the former U.S. president to the DPRK in the absence of the diplomatic relations between the two countries represents the victory of the DPRK's foreign policy based on the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il.
