Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- The Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan hosted a reception at the Korean Hall, Tokyo, on Sept. 8 on the occasion of the 61st birthday of the DPRK.
Present at the reception were Ho Jong Man, chief vice-chairman, vice-chairmen, department directors and leading officials of the organizations and enterprises of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, chairpersons of the headquarters of Chongryon in the Kanto area and Koreans in commerce.
Present there on invitation were figures from different circles of Japan and ambassadors of various countries and staff members of different embassies, representatives of international organizations and foreign correspondents in Tokyo.
A speech was made by Ho Jong Man at the reception.
