The bulletin in an article highly praised President Kim Il Sung, whom the Korean people hold in high esteem as the eternal President, as the founding-father of the DPRK, a socialist power which stands unfazed in face of all tempests of history, a country for the people, the first of its kind in the Korean nation's history spanning 5,000 years.

The bulletin referred in detail to the fact that the President set forth the unique idea and theory on nation-building based on the immortal Juche idea, founded the DPRK, a genuine people's power, and built it into a power winning one victory after another based on solid political, military and economic foundations. It also pointed to the fact that the President achieved the single-minded unity of all the members of the society by pursuing benevolent politics and strictly maintained the principle of independence in the revolution and construction.

The DPRK founded by the President is dynamically advancing toward a great prosperous and powerful nation under the leadership of Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il, the bulletin said, stressing that the exploits performed by the President in the nation-building would shine forever along with the eternal prosperity of socialist Korea.
