Struggle against Imperialist Aggression and Plunder Called for
Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- The imperialists are now persisting in their aggression and plunder of other countries, developing countries, in particular. But they will only precipitate their own doom.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this in a signed article.

It goes on:

The imperialists' intensified aggression and plunder would only give momentum to the struggle of the peoples of developing countries for independent development.

They are countering those acts of the imperialists with unity and collective self-reliance.

The imperialists are now losing levers for the unlimited exploitation and plunder of the Latin American countries one by one due to their efforts for regional integration, cooperation and solidarity.

Economic stagnation is gaining in width and depth, likely to fester and last indefinitely in the capitalist countries now in the grip of chronic economic crisis exemplified by shortage of raw materials and fuel and marketing difficulties.

The present reality goes to prove that only when the neo-colonialist methods of plunder are eliminated from the international arena and a new fair international economic order is established to put strong spurs to the economic development in developing countries is it possible to pave the way for weathering the worldwide financial and economic crises.

The imperialists' harsher exploitation and plunder of developing countries would only touch off stronger resistance of the peoples desirous of independence and socio-economic progress and result in further deepening their political and economic crises.

The imperialists will find no way out of the above-said crises unless they roll back their policy of aggression and plunder quite contrary to the trend of the times. Their policy of aggression and plunder, a policy against justice and history, would only precipitate their own doom.
