Japanese Reactionaries' Militaristic Hysteria Flayed
Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- Japan is becoming vocal asserting the examination of the exercise of its "right of collective self-defense" and the need to bolster the "Japan-U.S. security system" in such a manner that it can "intercept a missile launched by north Korea towards the United States" by its own armed forces.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a signed commentary carried in this regard: This betrays the Japanese reactionaries' scenario to stage a comeback to Korea which has reached a danger line.

It goes on:

Whether to allow the exercise of the "right of collective self-defense" or not serves as a barometer judging whether Japan embarks upon the road of aggression or not.

Japan's claim that it is necessary to examine the ban on exercising the above-said right for the purpose of "intercepting a missile flying towards the U.S." sounds just the same as the assertion that it will set out to reinvade Korea with the backing of the U.S.

Japan is keen to use its "support to the U.S." under the pretext of coping with the non-existent "military threat" from the DPRK as an all-purpose lever for attaining its reinvasion goal.

It is Japan's calculation that it can do anytime whatever it wants by disguising its military actions for aggression as "peace-keeping" activities if it uses its "support to the U.S." under the pretext of coping with the DPRK's "military threat" as a card.

That is why the Japanese reactionaries are rushing headlong into a war while vociferating about the exercise of the "right of collective self-defense" under the pretext of somebody's "military threat" and the strengthened "Japan-U.S. security system".

Noting that the theory of "intercepting a missile" touted by the Japanese reactionaries amounts to one on preemptive strike at the DPRK, the commentary stresses that the army and people of the DPRK will bolster the might of Songun in every way and thus foil the Japanese militarists' wild dream to reinvade Korea.
