| Pyongyang, August 20 (KCNA) -- An agreement on establishing the provincial relationship of friendship between South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK and Los Rios Province of the Republic of Ecuador was signed on July 23. It was inked by DPRK Ambassador to Peru Ri Mun Gyu and the chief delegate of the Ecuadorian president in Los Rios. |
