100th Birth Anniversary of Kim Il Sung to Be Commemorated in Cuba
Pyongyang, August 20 (KCNA) -- A Cuban preparatory committee was inaugurated on August 11 to commemorate the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung.

Juan Jose Leon Vega, first vice-chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee at its inaugural ceremony.

The preparatory committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events until the year 2012.
