Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- A judging course of the International Volleyball Federation was held recently at the Table-Tennis Gymnasium and Volleyball Gymnasium in Chongchun Street, Pyongyang.
The course was held, divided into theoretical and practical ones, with the participation of coaches of sports teams in Pyongyang and volleyball experts.
The theoretical lecture dealt with the method of recording game results, hand signals of referees and others. It was conducted in the way of question and answer, comparing the newly changed rules to previous ones.
