Withdrawal of U.S. Forces from S. Korea and Lee's Resignation Demanded
Pyongyang, August 2 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification in a statement on July 28 said that south Koreans would drive the U.S. forces out of their land as they have imposed a tragic fate upon the Korean nation.

More than half a century has passed since the Armistice Agreement was concluded on the Korean Peninsula, but the source of war still remains, the statement noted, and continued:

The U.S. brought into south Korea huge aggressor forces and nuclear weapons in violation of the AA but it became so impudent as to kick up a racket against the DPRK, raising a hue and cry over its "nuclear issue."

The north's access to nuclear weapons is a natural outcome of the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK as the latter is talking about "dialogue" before public while going busy with ceaseless war exercises for invading the north and arms buildup behind the scene.

The organization in a statement on July 29 called on the people across south Korea to turn out in a struggle to eliminate the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors.

It appealed to all the people from all walks of life to struggle in solidarity and unity under the uplifted banner of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration in a bid to force the Lee dictatorial regime and the "Grand National Party" to step down and achieve independent reunification, peace and prosperity of the nation.
