Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Zhongnan Regional Association of the General Association of Koreans in China issued a statement on July 4 in denunciation of the reckless moves of the United States and the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK.
The statement recalled that during his recent junket to the U.S. pro-American lackey Lee Myung Bak disclosed his sinister aim to stand in confrontation with the DPRK to the last, backed by his master, and blustering that he would not rule out even a war against it.
No desperate efforts of the reactionaries of history can ever stop the DPRK's uninterrupted victorious advance of its just cause, the statement declared, calling upon the people from all walks of life in south Korea to intensify the struggle against the U.S., war and Lee Myung Bak.
The group of traitors should halt at once its futile confrontation with the DPRK and swim with the dynamic trend of reunification under the banner of "By our nation itself", aware that national cooperation alone can guarantee a future, the statement stressed.
