Antti Sika-Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, said in his speech that the President was a distinguished thinker and theoretician and an invincible and iron-willed commander and a great revolutionary who devoted his whole life to the Korean revolution and the world revolution.

The President made long journeys for devoted service to people to mix with them and share weal and woe with them at all times and overcame difficulties and hardships before them by enlisting their inexhaustible creative energy, he noted.

The Juche idea is serving as a powerful ideological and moral weapon for the progressive people of the world at present when a more dynamic struggle for independence is going on, he noted, adding that the friends of the DPRK in Finland would express full support and solidarity with the Korean people in their struggle in the future, too.

Saying that they always bear deep in their minds the slogan "The Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung Will Always Be with Us", he prayed for the immortality of the President.

A message to General Secretary Kim Jong Il was adopted at the meeting.
