The bulletin in an article titled "Leader of people" said that 15 years have passed since the demise of President Kim Il Sung but the Korean people are always holding him in high esteem and boundlessly revering him.

It went on to say:

All the people absolutely trust their leader and are closely united around him. Herein lies the important secret of the DPRK's conversion into an invincible socialist power.

The great feats performed by the President will shine forever and he will always live in the hearts of the world progressive humankind.

In an article titled "15 years after demise of President Kim Il Sung" the bulletin noted that the Korean people have been working hard to implement the President's lifetime intention and that what he intended and desired has been brought into reality.

The bulletin also introduced in detail the revolutionary career of Kim Hyong Jik, outstanding leader of the anti-Japanese national liberation movement in Korea who devoted all his life to the struggle for the independence of the country, saying that July 10 marks the 115th anniversary of his birth.

Another article of the bulletin praised the immortal exploits performed by General Secretary Kim Jong Il for the strengthening and development of the Workers' Party of Korea and the cause of building a great prosperous and powerful nation over the past 45 years.
