Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Monday sent a message of greetings to Omar Hassan Ahmad Al－Bashir, President of Sudan, on the occasion of the 20th day of the Sudanese revolution.
Kim in the message noted that since the victory of the revolution the Sudanese people have achieved many successes in the struggle to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country and build a stable and prosperous new society.
It expressed belief that the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger in the days ahead and sincerely wished the president and people of Sudan greater success in the work for the independent development of the country.
