Daniel Dediu, chairman of the Romanian Workers' Association, said that Kim Jong Il has strengthened and developed the WPK into an invincible party by carrying forward President Kim Il Sung's cause and led to victory the Korean people in their struggle to defend socialism while smashing the U.S.-led imperialists' moves to stifle the DPRK.

B.C. Gupta, chairman of the Juche Idea Study Society of Indian Delhi, stressed that Kim Jong Il's 45 years were a history which ushered in a new era of Songun revolution with the might of arms, taking hold on the Party and the army, and in which it has won one victory after another with the might of ideology and guaranteed its eternal victory by consolidating the single-minded unity of the whole society in every way.

Jiri Grunbaoer, chief secretary of the Committee of the Central Czech Province who is member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, highly praised Kim Jong Il for having turned the DPRK into a powerful socialist fortress and an invincible military power capable of beating back any aggression of imperialism.
