Lee Myung Bak's Reckless Nuclear War Moves Slammed
Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak of south Korea, when he met the U.S. president during his recent junket to the U.S., asked for specifying the U.S. "provision of nuclear umbrella" to south Korea in an official document allegedly to cope with "threat" from someone. At such request, it is stipulated in the document called "joint vision" that the U.S. shall provide the "extended deterrence" to south Korea in an event of "emergency."

This is a revelation of the wicked scheme to ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula at any cost, says Rodong Sinmun in a signed article today.

All the successive pro-American dictators in south Korea eagerly toed the U.S. strategy for a nuclear war against the DPRK, but it is traitor Lee alone that acted a nuclear war servant, even imploring his master to officially stipulate the "provision of nuclear umbrella," the article notes, and goes on to say:

In case the south Korean puppets keen on invasion of the DPRK have access to nukes, the DPRK will surely be a target of them.

They are now loudly advertising about "provocation" and "threat" from the DPRK, but such smear campaign can never cover up the wicked intention of the U.S. seeking to provoke a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula and the puppets zealously following it.

The puppet warmongers are rashly driving the nuclear war chariot of the aggressors with their help, swimming against the trend of the times toward the independent reunification, peace and prosperity. Such frantic moves should never be allowed but decisively checked.

The DPRK's nuclear deterrent based on justice and patriotism will help smash any mad nuclear war provocation moves of the U.S. imperialists and the puppet warmongers and reliably protect the peace and security of the country and the nation.

The Lee group of traitors should not make rash act, clearly mindful that the said stipulation and the nuclear armament are as good as a self-destruction.
