Referring to the fact that the traitor sat face to face with his U.S. master, held a confab on stifling his fellow countrymen in the DPRK and declared what they called a "joint version statement for south Korea-U.S. alliance" at the White House on June 16, the statement noted that the assertion for "provision of combat force for extended nuclear deterrence" against the DPRK's consolidation of nuclear deterrent for self-defence, a measure taken by it to cope with the U.S. threat of a preemptive nuclear attack on it, would escalate crisis on the Korean Peninsula.

The statement termed his tour sycophantic diplomacy for offering the sovereignty of south Korea to the U.S. as a whole, traitorous diplomacy for begging foreign force to stifle his fellow countrymen and war diplomacy of disturbing peace and aggravating tension on the Korean Peninsula.

The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification also published a statement on June 17 in which it said the above-said version statement aimed to further tighten south Korea-U.S. "alliance" would bring more serious crisis to the Korean Peninsula for its aggressive nature and danger.

Civic and public organizations including the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, the Confederation of Trade Unions and the National Catholic Alliance for Justice of south Korea held the 117th anti-U.S. solidarity rally in Seoul on June 16 to strongly condemn Lee's criminal tour aimed to keep the aggressive south Korea-U.S. "alliance" for an indefinite period.
