S. Korean Dictatorial Regime's Unjust Decisions Protested
Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- Victims of unjust decisions by the south Korean military fascist dictatorial regime in the past applied for retrials to the puppet Seoul Central District Court on June 16.

In this regard, the Bar Association for Democratic Society called a press conference in Seoul.

The director of the Unification Study Center and victims and members of bereaved families made speeches at the press conference.

The speakers disclosed the fact that a lot of people were arrested, thrown behind bars and executed on the charge of violation of the "emergency measure" for the mere reason that they took the lead in the struggle against the undemocratic "Yushin constitution" and that they were taken to the Central Intelligence Agency on the unjust charge of "participation in illegal demonstration" and "spreading of rumors" and suffered all kinds of tortures and threats.

Noting that the horrible sufferings inflicted upon the victims and bereaved families are beyond description, they denounced the heinous human rights abuses committed by the "Yushin" dictatorship force.

They inquired how the "Yushin constitution" could be law, holding that they are innocent.

They urged the judicial authorities to correct the unjust decisions resulted from the "Yushin constitution" and "emergency measure" and restore the honor of the victims.
