S. Korean Warmongers' DPRK-Targeted War Exercises Blasted
Pyongyang, June 20 (KCNA) -- The warmongers of the south Korean puppet army conducted madcap DPRK-targeted war exercises in June, disturbing peace, according to a military source.

Some days ago, traitor Lee Myung Bak kicked up anti-DPRK war hysteria at the puppet air force operation headquarters in Osan in Kyonggi Province and the chiefs of the general staff of the puppet navy and army cried out for modifying "war rules" and rounding off "the readiness to carry out operations" at units of the puppet army.

Such outbursts let loose by the traitor and warmongers of the puppet military are being directly applied to military operations as evidenced by the recent frantic air and ground joint war exercises staged in the area of Phochon, Kyonggi Province by the puppet air and ground forces under the simulated conditions of attacking the center of the north and occupying certain areas.

On June 9, 10, 18 and 19 they fired bullets and shells in several areas, fanning up war atmosphere.

The puppet navy staged fleet maneuvers in the East Sea of Korea on June 16 and 17.

Earlier, the puppets deployed guided missile high speed craft in the West Sea of Korea on June 2. They dispatched those craft and other high speed craft on June 15 to let them conduct maritime mobile and ship control exercises.

In another development, warmongers of the puppet military have held confabs one after another on Paekryong Island and Yonphyong Island for conducting operations simulating the "third skirmish in the waters off Yonphyong Island" after beefing up forces of the puppet marine corps there, fanning up war hysteria. F-15K fighter bombers of the puppet air force to be involved in a West Sea operation are put on alert.

These military moves of the puppet military are another serious provocation against the DPRK and a deliberate and premeditated move to push the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of a war.
