Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- The minutes of talks on the oceanic scientific and technological cooperation between the DPRK Hydro-Meteorological Service and the State Oceanic Administration of China were signed in Pyongyang on Friday.
Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the DPRK Hydro-Meteorological Service led by Vice-Director Ryu Pong Chol and from the opposition side were members of the delegation of the State Oceanic Administration of China headed by Deputy Administrator Chen Lianzeng and a staff member of the Chinese embassy here.
