S. Korean Ruling Forces' Loudmouthed "Threat from North" Snubbed
Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- The south Korean ruling forces are now becoming vociferous about "threat from the north". This is nothing but sheer sophism to cover up the true nature of their moves to ignite a war of aggression and the evermore growing danger of invasion against the north resulting from them.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes this in a signed article.

All the successive dictators of south Korea made much ado as if something serious would happen right now while spreading a wild rumor about "threat of southward invasion" but everything turned out to be an anti-DPRK farce as it ended up with sheer lies, the article notes, and goes on:

The threat that has actually existed on the Korean Peninsula is the threat of invasion against the north posed by the U.S. and south Korea.

No one can vouch that war exercises involving not only huge forces of the U.S. forces in south Korea and the puppet army but the aggressor forces from the U.S. mainland and overseas bases ceaselessly staged in south Korea will not go over to a real war against the DPRK anytime.

Peace is preserved on the Korean Peninsula despite the touch and go situation prevailing there. This is entirely thanks to the DPRK's powerful war deterrent for self-defence.

The DPRK values peace but will deal resolute and merciless blows at the enemies coming in attack on it.

The Lee group would be well advised to clearly understand that their moves for confrontational war against the DPRK under the deceptive signboard of "threat from the north" will bring disgraceful destruction to them.
