End to U.S. Military Occupation and Domination over S. Korea Urged
Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League released a statement on Saturday, seven years since the killing of two middle schoolgirls by the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in south Korea.

Recalling that on June 13, 2002 soldiers of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces present in south Korea committed such shuddering atrocity as driving an armored car over two middle schoolgirls Sin Hyo Sun and Sim Mi Son on a road in Hyochon-ri, Yangju County (at that time), Kyonggi Province, killing both of them, the statement said:

Seven years have passed since then but the U.S. is still claiming that "it happened during the training" in a bid to mislead the public opinion, instead of making an apology for the atrocity.

The killing is an inevitable result of the disgraceful 60-odd-year history of submission and subjugation in which the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces are not accused even when their soldiers kill south Koreans and resort to violence against them as they please and the victims are not allowed even to protest against their grievous death.

Nevertheless, the Lee Myung Bak group is unhesitatingly committing such despicable sycophancy as totally leaving south Korea to the U.S. as its complete colony and a forward base of aggression and war.

The south Korean people are destined to meet the same miserable end as Sin Hyo Sun and Sim Mi Son met as long as the U.S. military presence and domination over south Korea continue and the group of traitors is allowed to stay in power.

The statement expressed conviction that the south Korean youth and students would courageously turn out in the dynamic struggle to put an end to the disgraceful 60-odd-year history of the GIs' occupation, force them to pay a thousand-fold price for the blood shed by Koreans and make a clean sweep of the pro-U.S. group of sycophants and traitors, firmly united with other people of various strata.
