DPRK's Second Nuclear Test Supported by New Zealand Organization
Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The New Zealand-DPRK Society released a statement on May 26 in support of the DPRK's second nuclear test.

The statement referred to the fact that there is no substantial progress in the relations between the DPRK and the U.S. after the emergence of the Obama administration and south Korea and the U.S. have strengthened their military strategy involving a preemptive strike against the DPRK.

It continued:

As long as the hostile acts and threats of the U.S. and its followers persist, the DPRK government will not weaken its nuclear deterrent and it is natural for the DPRK to seek a way of bolstering it.

The DPRK clarified its stand that it would pursue dialogue on the principle of reciprocity and fulfill its obligation when the U.S. implements its commitments.

The U.S. should sincerely negotiate with the DPRK for denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula and this process should be accompanied by the work for removing all the nuclear threats to the DPRK.
