He, taking the party building as a fundamental matter on which depends the victory of the revolution from the early years of his revolutionary activities, had blazed a trail for party building in an original way and consolidated the WPK as an organizational and ideological integral whole in which a monolithic ideological system was firmly established.

He paid a primary attention to the work for imbuing the whole Party with one ideology and realizing organizational unity while leading the party building.

His idea of party building is embodied in the WPK's activities for rejecting dogmatism and flunkeyism and applying the Juche idea fully to the revolution and construction, and in the effort of the WPK for strengthening the organizational unity against all the factional elements.

It is just the WPK that the whole Party is armed with one ideology, the revolutionary idea of the President, and is united firmly with one ideology and one purpose on the basis of it.

The President put forth the line of building a mass Party and developed the WPK to be an invincible one which has its root deep into masses.

The President saw to it that a hammer, a sickle and a writing brush symbolizing the workers, peasants and intellectuals were inscribed in the Party's emblem. He also led the Party to form a harmonious whole with the popular masses and to faithfully serve them.

He set it forth to defend the interests of the people as the overriding principle of the Party's activities and let all the Party members go deep among the masses with revolutionary mass viewpoint.

The President made every possible effort to raise the leading role of the WPK so as to make uninterrupted leap-forward and renovation in the socialist construction.

He saw it to apply the revolutionary method and popular style of work established during the anti-Japanese struggle to the party work and activity, and created the Chongsan-ri spirit, the Chongsan-ri method and the Taean work system so that the officials made a radical change in their attitude toward work.

His revolutionary party work system and method including the issue of solving the difficult problems by giving precedence to the political work and stimulating people ideologically are the main factor that enables the Party's leadership over the socialist construction to display inexhaustible vitality.

The WPK, with the rich exploits and experience for party building established by the President, will demonstrate its dignity and might all over the world as a revolutionary Party of Juche type, an invincible Party.
