The U.S. military and the south Korean puppet warmongers are getting evermore undisguised in their moves to render the situation on the Korean Peninsula extremely tense in a bid to ignite the second Korean war. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that they are persistently resorting to the dangerous military adventures to put the DPRK-targeted "OPLAN 5027" and "OPLAN 5029" into practice.

Such military adventures that can be seen only on the eve of a war go to evidently prove that they are waiting for an opportunity to start a nuclear war after having rounded off the preparations for an offensive operation to seize the DPRK by force of arms.

A war has not broken out and peace has been preserved on the Korean Peninsula which has been exposed to constant danger of a war. This is entirely thanks to the DRPK war deterrent for self-defense. The situation prevailing in Korea due to the frantic moves of the bellicose forces in and outside south Korea to ignite a war against the DPRK requires its people to grasp once again the truth that it is necessary to bolster up the might of Songun in every way in order to defend the dignity of the nation and the peace of the country and prevent a war.

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppets' escalated moves for confrontation and war against the DPRK are a vicious provocation to the DPRK that has made efforts for lasting peace on the peninsula.

The DPRK wants peace, but is never afraid of a war. It is the revolutionary principle and spirit of the DPRK and its action method to return fire for fire and counter a hard-line with the toughest stand.

The DPRK will deal decisive and merciless blows at the enemies who desperately run amuck to dare preempt an attack on it in infringement upon its sovereignty and dignity. Anyone seeking to intrude into the DPRK will never be able to go scot-free.
