Remains of More Martyrs Buried
Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- Remains of more martyrs were buried in the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in the suburbs of Pyongyang.

They included Kim Hwan who was vice-premier of the Administration Council at that time, Rim Ho Gun, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Sung Su and Kang Kil Bong, its vice department directors, and Jong Song Nam, minister of External Economic Affairs at that time, who worked at important posts of the Party and the state for years.

Also among them were General Officers of the Korean People's Army Nam Sang Rak, Sim Myong Su, Jang Song Gil who contributed to strengthening and developing the revolutionary armed forces and Prof. and Dr. Yang Hyong Man, academician of the State Academy of Sciences who made a contribution to the development of the nation's medical science and technology and So Pyong Gon, editorial writer of the Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House who added luster to his life, believing in the Party.

Burial ceremonies took place Thursday.

Present there were officials concerned and bereaved families.

After speeches were made at the ceremonies remains of the martyrs were buried in the cemetery.

The participants placed wreaths and bouquets before the graves of the martyrs and paid silent tribute to them.
