A scrutiny into the above-said plan now under discussion in the political circle in the U.S. and the diplomatic and security team of the present U.S. administration proves that the U.S. strategy to dominate the world in the new century is in the process of transition from the one of hegemony based on unilateralism to that based on the alliance with "democratic countries", the article notes, and goes on:

The U.S. seeks a foolish aim to form the "democratic union" and turn the international relations now unfavorable for it in favor of it by playing a main role and thus put the world under its control.

If the U.S.-led "democratic union" is formed to replace the UN, the international forces will divide into two poles again, increasing the danger of the outbreak of a new world war.

What matters here is that this plan has not yet been adopted as a policy in the U.S. but, in fact, there are already moves for its implementation.

If the U.S. opts for expanding the NATO toward the Asia-Pacific region to form a new military bloc, this means laying a siege not only to the DPRK but to China, Russia and other countries.

As long as U.S. imperialism exists in the world it will never be free from the danger of a war and arbitrary practices for hegemony and domination.

The DPRK will stand firm against the U.S. imperialists and their followers' moves to provoke a new war under the uplifted banner of Songun while boosting unity and solidarity with world anti-imperialist and independence forces including the peace movement.
