Rashed Khan Menon, chairman of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Bangladesh, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee at its inaugural ceremony.

The preparatory committee discussed on organizing a joint seminar on the greatness and leadership exploits of the President, a film show, a photo exhibition and other colorful events.
