Pomchonghakryon Vows to Struggle to Force Lee Myung Bak Regime Step down
Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance of Youth and Students for Korea's Reunification (Pomchonghakryon) in south Korea on May 13 made public a statement in which it vowed to take the lead in the struggle to force the Lee Myung Bak regime to step down.

The statement said it is the anachronistic and traitorous violence that the Lee regime is suppressing the activities of the pro-reunification patriotic forces for implementing the June 15 joint declaration on the charge of violation of the "National Security Law" and labeling the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification an "anti-state organization."

Noting that the Lee regime forsaken by the people for its traitorous and undemocratic tyranny is now working hard to stamp out the pro-reunification patriotic forces in a bid to prolong its remaining days, the statement termed its outrageous and hateful suppression a reckless act of challenging the desire of the nation for the reunification of the country.

All the patriotic people desirous of reunification should turn out in the movement to implement the June 15 joint declaration and in the anti-Lee Myung Bak struggle, the statement urged.
