It is necessary to favor and support those countries solving all the problems arising in building a new society and carving out a new life according to their own decisions to suit their specific conditions.

The progressive countries should boost cooperation among themselves to foil the imperialists' moves for neo-colonization and realize global independence.

It is an important way of destroying the old and unequal international economic order established by the imperialists and building a new and fair one to boost South-South cooperation as required by the development of the times.

What is important for the world progressives to support and closely cooperate among them is to hold fast to the principle of respecting sovereignty and the principle of equality, mutual benefit and impartiality.

They should not allow themselves to play into the hands of the imperialists justifying their interference in internal affairs of other countries and their high-handed practices under the pretext of "protecting human rights" and "combating terrorism" and trying to make them part of the international order.
