The deputy prime minister in charge of the Royal Palace of Cambodia said that Kim Il Sung, eternal President of the DPRK, is the benefactor and the closest friend of the Cambodian people.

Saying that the DPRK has achieved many successes in building a great prosperous and powerful nation under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il, he stressed that the successful satellite launch by the DPRK was a demonstration of its dignity and economic, scientific and technological potentials.

The general secretary of the Struggle for the Peace and Socialism of Italy noted that the successful satellite launch, another great achievement made by the Korean people in building a great prosperous and powerful nation, is a significant and auspicious, historic event common to the world progressive people.

He said that the Korean people are confidently advancing while working new miracles thanks to the Juche idea founded by Kim Il Sung and the solid foundation of the independent national economy laid by him and the great Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Il.
