It was conveyed to the vice-minister of Foreign Trade of the DPRK who attended the 7th meeting of the Governmental Committee between the DPRK and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the Cooperation of Economy, Science and Technology held in Vietnam by the vice-minister of Industry and Commerce of Vietnam on April 2.
