Koreans in China Censure Lee Myung Bak Group
Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- The General Association of Koreans in China on Feb. 28 released a statement titled "We censure the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors for its indelible crimes against the nation."

The statement disclosed that traitor Lee Myung Bak has cracked down on the patriotic and democratic forces in south Korea and mercilessly trampled down the people's desire for independence, democracy and reunification by his mediaeval repressive rule, pursuing the sycophantic and traitorous policy during one year of his office.

The traitor committed the crime of totally denying the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration after designating to the important posts of power the anti-reunification elements steeped in sycophancy toward the U.S. and fascism to the marrow of their bones, it charged.

It further said:

The south Korean economy is now at a catastrophic crisis and the people's livelihood in dire distress. However, the Lee group disregards the south Korean people's living conditions and is getting hell-bent only on the anti-reunification moves while openly revealing its sinister intention to incite the north-south confrontation in gross violation of their desire.

Traitor Lee is the arch enemy of the nation as he went the lengths of blaring that "it is the ultimate goal to unify the Korean Peninsula under the system of liberal democracy" and destroyed all the agreements reached between the north and the south, thus driving the situation of the peninsula to the brink of war, the statement said, adding: It is impossible to expect not only national reunification but also peace and security of the peninsula as long as the traitor is allowed to exist.

It declared that the general association and all Koreans in China would fully support the south Korean people's just struggle to wipe out the Lee group and do their utmost to bring earlier the day of victory in the struggle.
