Kim Yong Sul, chairman of the United Confederation of Koreans in Ukraine, in a speech at the meeting referred to the fact that all the overseas compatriots are significantly celebrating the birthday of Kim Jong Il.

He noted that Songun Korea is displaying the might of the political and military power as Kim Jong Il paved a wide avenue for building a great prosperous and powerful nation and has led the army and people of the DPRK.
