According to a department director of the Korean Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee Ri Yong Je, it will bring together 90-odd units including military organs, cabinet commissions, ministries and national institutions, individuals, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and other overseas Korean residents' organizations, overseas Koreans and foreigners.

The festival preparatory committee is doing in full earnest the layout of the festival venue in accordance with the festival theme "Kimjongilia, flower of the sun everlasting along with the Songun era".

The festival hall is being decorated beautifully with the immortal flowers in full bloom with models of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's birthplace in the Paektusan secret camp and Jong Il Peak in the centre.

The applicant units are making full preparations for a successful festival, making exhibition stands such as renovating the exhibition form with flowers as the main and enhancing its quality while tending Kimjongilia in accordance with technical requirements.

The preparations for the Kimjongilia exhibition are at the last stage amid seething zeal of the working people in each province.

The immortal flowers are now at their best in Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses built in North and South Hamgyong, Ryanggang and South Hwanghae Provinces and other parts of the country.

Overseas Korean residents' organizations including Chongryon, overseas Koreans and foreigners are also devoting themselves to the preparations for the festival with boundless reverence for the peerlessly great man.

The grand festival which is shortly to be opened amid the infinite praise and best wishes of humankind for Kim Jong Il who has performed imperishable exploits for the times and the history will add significance and jubilation to the auspicious February holiday.
