Memorial Stamps Published in Celebration of February 16

| Pyongyang, February 10 (KCNA) -- Memorial stamps (four individual stamps) have been published in the DPRK on the threshold of auspicious February 16, the birthday of General Secretary Kim Jong Il. Shown in the stamps are Plumeria rubra and other plants presented to Kim Jong Il by foreigners and overseas Koreans. These gift plants are in full bloom in the International Friendship Greenhouse of the Central Botanical Garden. |
