Present at the gathering on invitation were diplomatic envoys and staff members of embassies of European countries and members of the cooperation missions.

On hand were Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and officials concerned.

Speeches were made there.

Participants talked about the need to boost the relations between the DPRK and European countries.
