Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- The 35th Jongilbong Prize Skating Contest of school youth and children across the country was held here from January 21 to 23 on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League.
The contest divided into the group of middle school pupils and the group of primary school pupils brought together at least 400 boys and girls selected in different areas.
Boy skaters of Chonggye Middle School in Rason City, girl skaters of Majon Middle School in Sinuiju City, North Phyongan Province, and boys of Yongnam Primary School in Kilju County, North Hamgyong Province, and girls of Hungdok Primary School in Hungdok District of Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province, separately placed first in team standings.
