The Russian organization in its statement on Jan. 3 said that the editorial is not a simple document indicating the DPRK's orientation of development for this year but a strong appeal calling on all the Korean people to give full play to their persevering will.

The agreements already reached between the north and the south are facing grave challenges owing to the reckless moves of the south Korean ruling forces but nothing can block the advance of the times towards independent reunification, it stressed.

Palam Sen Gupta in his statement on Jan. 6 extended solidarity to the Korean people in their just struggle under the idea of "By our nation itself" to foil the maneuvers of the anti-reunification forces running counter to the trend of the times towards independent reunification, steeped in sycophancy towards the U.S. and hostility towards fellow countrymen, and expressed his belief that the Korean people would surely achieve the country's independent and peaceful reunification in the near future under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Riyad Chaloub in his statement on Jan. 3 said that General Secretary Kim Jong Il's experienced and seasoned leadership was the main source of Songun Korea's all victories and miracles and his ideas and theories served as a great banner for giving the fullest display to the spiritual strength of the army and people.

The Korean people are sure to open the gate to a great prosperous powerful nation in the near future under the uplifted banner of the great Juche idea, the banner of Songun, he noted.
